Our Returns Policy
At Lady Blooms Co, we strive to offer the best flowers and products to our customers. Please note that flowers sold online are perishable and their lifespan depends on several factors such as variety, season, environment, and care, resulting in different life spans for different flowers. Also, flower availability is subject to seasonal and market availability, which means that not all goods produced may be exactly as pictured on our website. By accepting our terms and conditions, you acknowledge that there may be material differences between images and produced goods. As a result, we do not offer refunds.
Generally, you can expect your flowers to last for 3-7 days if they are cared for correctly. To ensure that your flowers last as long as possible, we recommend following these four steps:
Cut the stems on an angle (in or under running water if possible) as soon as you receive the flowers and place them into a vase full of fresh water.
Ensure that the vase used is clean and filled full with fresh water. Always keep an eye on the water levels and change the water completely every two days.
Keep the flowers out of direct sunlight.
Keep the flowers away from drafts and air-conditioning.
If you are not entirely happy with our service, quality of flowers or gifts delivered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a photo. We will be happy to discuss replacement or store credit. Please contact us via email at hello@ladyblooms.co if this ever happens.
